It’s definitely possible to stop them without drugs. I know! It’s not exactly a “cure” but as near as you will get. It’s not like you can take a pill and cure them for good. But you can learn to stop them for good.

A motorcycle spill caused me to have panic attacks for ages after. I must have tried every drug on the market. I got very little benefit but worse was that I knew any benefit I did get would cease when I came off the drugs.

I got to the stage where just a few people around me would have me running for dear life. I realised (in my mind) how stupid I was being. Still, I just had to run. I believed I was fleeing for my life.
