Anxiety can be controlled. Medicines you buy from the stores will only give you temporary relief. What is actually required is a change in the thought process. Most people believe that panic is fine and a part of life. But when it becomes a habit to get stressed and live in fear of the unknown, then you need to take it seriously. It is good to be in the company of friends and also engage in activities that will give you joy.
