Fear and Anxiety Whilst Driving Can be Overcome

Many folks suffer with worry or panic attacks when they get behind the wheel of a car. For many of them just the notion of driving fills them with fear and they have felt that way since their first driving lesson. Other folks had bad experiences while driving like being in an accident and have gone on to develop fear and stress around driving. Some people have very specific driving anxiety issues like driving over bridges or a dread of motorways for example.
