Staying Healthy Into Autumn

When you look out the window when you first wake up you’ll notice it’s darker each morning and the summer holiday has faded to a distant memory. As pessimistic as it sounds once September hits it’s a slippery slope to thick jumpers and winter boots. It’s quite common to feel a bit low this time of year. From September onwards the shops are quickly filled with Christmas decorations and fancy clothes for three months solid. You can hardly be surprised if you start to feel a little bit sorry for yourself. You might not even notice it’s happening. One morning you’re waking up with the sun streaming through your windows and the next you’re driving to work with your headlights on and the wipers going full speed.
